- We cannot check all the details you send us, so please double check to ensure that all information is accurate before submitting, especially all fields marked ‘essential’
- The Soil Association cannot be held responsible for any errors in the data supplied
- It is important to note that the service is not intended for the sale of finished stock. Entries listing finished stock will not be accepted. For details of organic marketing groups please contact the producer services department on 0117 914 2400 or ff@soilassociation.org
- While every effort is made to ensure that the information listed is accurate and up to date, it is the sole responsibility of the individual producer to check the organic status of all livestock, forage and grazing when ordering, and upon delivery to the farm, as appropriate
- When buying forage or utilising grazing, producers should be fully aware of the potential differences between the organic feed standard requirements of the different certification bodies, and should always confirm the status of feeds and grazing to ensure compliance with organic standards. If you are in any doubt contact your certification body
- Always ensure that all vendors' organic certificates are current. All organic certificates must also list the appropriate livestock type, forage and grazing. Please note that you are required to hold copies of organic certificates for all brought-in livestock and feed materials for your organic inspection
- All entries are removed from the internet after three months for livestock and forage, or on the date you specify for grazing. Please contact us in order to maintain your entry on the website after this time
- Please contact us if your entry becomes out of date at any time – for example, if you sell your livestock. This will avoid you receiving unnecessary telephone calls from prospective buyers
- We reserve the right to withhold or remove any entries that are deemed inappropriate.
